Our Founder
Our founder and Principal Engineer Donya Q. Amiri, PE, TE has over 15 years of professional engineering experience working for local governments in the Bay Area. As a result, we understand the unique challenges faced by our municipality client — we know that you grapple with limited staffing and funding on a regular basis, are subject to delays and uncertainty due to local politics or the approvals of constituents and elected officials, and may lack the in-house bench necessary to take a project from inception to completion.
We leverage this deep understanding of the workings and challenges of public agencies to expertly assist our clients as they navigate through each project phase—from the planning and entitlement, to plan checking and permitting, and finally to the construction, inspection, and acceptance phases. At AIM, we bring our all-encompassing agency engineering expertise to address our clients’ immediate and long-term needs and to work together as one seamless, agile, and cohesive team to get the job done.
