Role: Project Engineer (PE) for the Public Works Department 

Associate Engineer representing the Public Works Department in the needs assessment, evaluation, and determination of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for the City of Fremont. The City wanted to improve processes, relationships, and interactions with residents, staff, and other members of the community by having an app based software available to all. The CRM program was to manage all the needs of the entire organization, streamline processes, receive and handle resident requests efficiently throughout the city departments, and help all the stakeholders stay connected and feel heard.
