Role: Project Engineer (PE) 

Principal Engineer (for City of Alameda) and Associate Civil Engineer (for City of Fremont) responsible for the various stages of development applications submitted to the city. This included but not limited to: 

• Entitlement process
• Zoning amendment process
• Plan Review--redlines and comment letters to applicants
• Team Approval process
• Permit issuance and management
• Agency Representative
• Owner Representative 
• Regular meetings to ensure project is moving along in the process
