Fremont Blvd/Old Warm Springs Intersection Improvement Project

Role: Project Engineer (PE) and Project Manager (PM)

Transportation Engineer in charge of the traffic signal design, specifications, cost estimate, and bid process. This project was a high profile Vision Zero project for the City of Fremont. The project included the installation of a brand new traffic signal system in a large, skewed intersection, new power connection and signal communication. Extensive coordination with various stakeholders including PG&E, the contractor, and signal equipment vendors helped ensure complete the project smoothly, within budget, and with minimal delays.
