Citywide CCTV Camera Installation and Server Upgrade Project

Role: Project Engineer (PE) and Project Manager (PM)
PE and PM in charge of the launching a citywide CCTV camera project which included advertising a bid for the equipment, coordinating with the IT department to purchase the necessary server station, and hiring a contractor to install and set up the equipment. This project installed and activated over 40 cameras throughout the City of Fremont to help traffic engineers quickly verify field conditions, signal knockdowns, and respond more efficiently to resident requests.
