Associate Civil Engineer for City of Fremont responsible for developing a user flow chart for a commonly misunderstood Fremont Municipal Code (FMC) regarding Preexisting Uses. A flow chart and form was developed to help staff and applicants better understand city requirements and triggers of certain street improvements. The form also helped staff and applicants easily determine when a team-based review was needed for their proposed application. This project helped staff speed up their review and comments to applicants.
