Role: Project Engineer (PE) and Project Manager (PM) 

PM & PE in charge of leading a variety of traffic signal modernization projects to improve traffic safety, communication to signals from Traffic Management Center (TMC), staff responsiveness to field issues, equipment performance, and ultimately be Smart City ready.
