Role: Project Engineer (PE) and Project Manager (PM) 

In charge of the design for a high profile, gateway intersection to the City's new downtown corridor (Capitol Avenue). This project required extensive coordination with the stakeholders, City staff, PG&E, and even traffic signal pole manufactures. While many unforeseen construction conflicts were discovered, successful collaboration and dedication to have this new intersection in operation for the Grand Opening of the downtown was achieved. Ms. Amiri was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the City Manager of Fremont for her role in this project.
